AUGUST 2025: WE ARE GOING SEED OIL FREE!

Beginning August 2025, we are switching our primary cooking oils to Zero Acre Farms Cultured Sugarcane Oil & Fera Fruit Oil. The only other cooking fats we use in our kitchen are Straus Organic Butter, house rendered duck fat, and extra virgin olive oil. We are no longer using any industrially produced seed oils in our kitchen. For more information, please visit Zero Acre’s website.

For brunch, we still do not take reservations as we seat guests on a first come first serve basis. However, you can join our Yelp! Waitlist to save your spot ahead of time (same day only)!

DINNER RESERVATIONS

We are open for dinner service Thursday through Sunday! We’ll be accepting limited walk-ins and reservations on OpenTable.

PARKING INFO

DO NOT park in Rick’s parking lot - they WILL TOW at all times of the day! The open parking lot directly behind our restaurant has 2 hour free parking, or is free after 5:00PM. Nearby, South and North of Main St on 1st St, there are two parking structures with 4 hour free parking.

Yang’s Kitchen strives to source local, sustainable and organic when possible. We work hard to source premium ingredients and we cook everything from scratch with love. We also do our best to pay our employees living wages (tips are shared with all employees, including kitchen staff) and to reduce our environmental footprint wherever we can.
